Teaching Artistry 

+ Mind The Gap : Co-facilitated an intergenerational theatre project in which NYC teens and elders work together to create short plays and performance pieces based on each other's lives. 

+ Pre / Post Show Workshops : Facilitated pre/post-show workshops in NYC public high schools for What The Constitution Means to Me, The Object Lesson, Hurricane Diane, and more 

+ Classroom Residencies : Facilitated 10-session residencies in NYC high schools, focussing on scene study and verbatim theatre. 

+ Virtual Masterclasses :  Created and facilitated a virtual masterclass called "Kick Off Your Play", in which students participated in brainstorming and improvisation exercises to build the foundation for an original short play 

+ After School Clubs : Designed curriculum for and facilitated after school programming in NYC public elementary, middle, and high schools ( studio art, drama/playwriting, murals) 

+ Violence Prevention Program Facilitator : Facilitated in-school programming at NYC public high schools, utilizing drama and writing exercises to help students deescalate violence and plan for their futures. 

+ RISE Mentor : Facilitated individual and small group meetings to help students set goals, improve their attendance, and explore their creativity. 

+ Arts Integration For English Language Learners: Incorporated visual arts and drama activities into ELLS curriculum in NYC public elementary schools, and co-facilitated / collaborated with a classroom ELLS teacher. 

+ ALLL (Active Learning Leads to Literacy) Facilitator: Incorporated drama and visual arts activities into reading and writing curriculum in NYC public elementary schools, in collaboration with a classroom teacher.

+ After school clubs: Designed curriculum for and facilitated after school drama and visual arts clubs in NYC public elementary schools 

+ After school clubs: Designed curriculum for and facilitated after school drama and creative writing clubs in NYC public elementary schools 

+ Script Reader and Dramaturg : Read original scripts written by young writers, grades 2-12 for the Young Playwrights Competition and the NYC Write A Play contest, and provided the writer with a one -page evaluation of the script. 

+ Assistant Director, Uncensored :  Assisted NYC high school students with the development of short autobiographical pieces. Worked closely with the director of the youth company acting lab to help students bring their collection of short pieces to life in a fully staged final production. 

+ Assistant Director, FreshPlay : Guided young writers through the writing and revision process. Worked closely with the director of the youth company acting lab to help students bring their short original short plays to life in a professional staged reading.
